Todd Woollard
Todd is noted for his strong management and human relations skills. He has successfully opened and and operated seven assisted living communities, two memory care facilities, and two retirement communities, all of which are based in Oregon, with a special emphasis in human resource management,
Todd has experience and training in all aspects of long term care operations . He currently is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Administrator. Prior work experience includes management of three nursing homes and a home health agency, and his position as Assisted Living Director of Operations for Generations LLC from 1999 to 2005.
Marla Ipsen
Marla is noted for her strong commitment to quality care and quality improvement. She has opened Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care units and a Home Care Agency. Having worked in the long- term care industry for over twenty-five years, her career history includes positions as Activity Director, Social Service Director, Administrator, Operations Trainer & Quality Improvement Coordinator.
Marla has lived in the Rogue Valley most of her life. She is a graduate of Southern Oregon State College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Health and Physical Education. She is active in the Oregon Health Care Association, the Gero-Psych Task Force, the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Board Member of Oregon Employee Council and other industry groups. Marla is a certified trainer for a nationally recognized 8 hour Alzheimer Dementia Training Course, and is also a certified Assisted Living Administrator, Certified Dementia Care Manager and a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
