Meet the Owners
Todd Woollard
Todd Woollard, co-owner, and operator of Woollard Ipsen Management LLC, has 30+ years of experience in the healthcare and long-term care industry and became part owner of WIM in April of 2005.
Todd is noted for his strong management ability and human relations skills. He has successfully opened and operated seven Assisted Living, three Memory Care and two Retirement Care communities all of which are based in Oregon.
He has experience and training in all aspects of operations with a special emphasis in human resource management.
He currently is a licensed Nursing Home and Assisted Living Administrator. Prior work experience includes being Assisted Living Director of Operations for Generations LLC and management of three nursing homes and a home health agency.
Todd has his Master of Business Administration.
Marla Ipsen
Marla has lived in the Rogue Valley most of her life. She is a graduate of Southern Oregon State College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Health and Physical Education.
Marla always wanted to help people in her career but had no idea what service pathway she would take. When she realized that her “Grandma Mac” was struggling with dementia the elder pathway become clear.
Marla has spent the last forty years in the industry doing her best to help and serve elders and the disabled in our community. Marla has opened and operated Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care units and a Home Care Agency.
This journey of service has encompassed many roles for her. She began her eldercare career as an Activity Volunteer in a Nursing Home. She continued with her healthcare pathway as an Activity Director, Social Service Director, Administrator, Operations Trainer & Quality Improvement Coordinator and eventually as a business owner.
Marla is an active community partner and participants in a variety of Healthcare Pathway Organizations.
